We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and that’s perfectly okay! Below, We’ve outlined our cancellation and return policy to provide clarity and reassurance as you embark on this musical journey with us.

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund : You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. Just shoot us an email at cancel@razzlebaymusic.com or reach out to our customer service team, and we'll take care of the rest.
Prorated Refund : If you need to cancel after the initial 24 hours, we still have you covered! Any cancellations made after the initial 24 hours of the songwriting process will be eligible for a prorated refund of 50% of the total cost paid. We understand that creative projects can take unexpected turns, and we want to make this as easy as possible for you.

Important Note on Finalization:

Please be aware that once you approve a draft mix for the finalization process, which includes the mastering stage, refunds CANNOT be issued. This policy is in place due to the commitment and resources involved in completing your personalized song. We want to ensure that every final piece is crafted to perfection and this step indicates your satisfaction with the preceding work.

Refund Process:

All refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow a 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account. (This may vary depending on your bank)
